1. Orders

   • Minimum order notice: 2 days before the pick-up date.

   • Changes to an order are allowed only if made at least 5 days before the pick-up date.

2. Payment & Deposit

   • A $50 deposit is required to secure the order.

   • Payment options: full online payment, $50 online deposit, or cash upon pick-up (if only the deposit was paid).

   • The deposit is non-refundable if the order is canceled less than 2 days before the pick-up date.

3. Pick-Up

   • The customer is responsible for the cake after pick-up and during transport.

   • Denissoff Cake Boutique provides recommendations on how to transport the cake safely.

4. Allergens & Special Orders

   • Customers are responsible for checking allergens.
